7 new in fashion buys to kick start Autumn

The summer holidays are starting to draw to a close (cue rejoicing from parents everywhere) and if you’re not quite yet knee deeps in new pencil cases and school shoe fittings, you might just have a spare moment to think about what back to school signals for your own wardrobe.

While we’re hoping for an Indian summer (we’ve heard rumblings of a last minute heatwave on the horizon, we’re acutely aware that September signals the start of Autumn wardrobes and while we might be able to get away with maxi dresses and shakets for a few more weeks, we know that we’ve got to face the prospect of winter sooner than later.

This column is dedicated to some of the new in pieces that are actually getting us excited to layer up against. The pieces that you can call upon now for those dire summer days and love just as much come late September when they’ll really come into their own.

Happy shopping.
